Card Patterns

Hi, as it is my special day today, one of the things I really wanted to do was to sink my teeth into some juicy card making designs.

While I was sitting down crafting, Miss 8 asked if she could make cards to.   Of course.  It was so much fun to sit with her and watch her mind work.  Even if I spent more time helping find the bits and bobs that she wanted.  Stamps, ribbon, glitter, some of those lovely shiny things.  Anyway I may post her card at the end of this blog.

I like the sketch at Card Patterns this week.  It lets the imagination run wild.

Here is my interpretation of the sketch (rotated 90 degrees).

It has truly been my day, spent with the most precious people on this earth.  My 4 little darlings and the love of my life.

Anyway, here are some photos from my kids.  This one is made by Miss 8.  I really like the smiley face on the heart.

This is the card Miss 8 made for my birthday today.

And this one made by Master 6.  So precious.
Thanks for stopping by
Michelle
